Strategic location! Just walking distance to Filipin market where you can get souvenirs & lots of seafood. Various restaurants, convenience store & self laundry around the hotel. Just located beside a shopping mall.

The supervisor was superb. He helped me out for my room when I asked for window room aint for the front desk staff, he was denied for my favor and refuse to give me a window room. Thanks for the Supervisor, you were awesome!

A very good place to stay with a minimal budget. In the middle of the city & in the middle of anjung kinabalu & shopping mall, just need few steps to that both places. Got dobby just next door of the hotel 😁

Great location right in the city center. Very clean rooms in excellent condition. Rebooked this hotel right away. I was positively surprised about my experience with this hotel! Good Job!

Location is near to the waterfront and Centrepoint. And it is an acceptable distance for walking to Wisma Merdeka and Suria Sabah. around 2km
